My fiancé and I cannot say enough good things about John Bradley and this dealership! The process was EXTREMELY quick and easy from start to finish.. from the thorough listing post/pictures, to looking at the car & test driving, to purchase. All in all we were at the dealership for about an hour. We got a great deal on our trade in and drove away with a great deal on a Kia telluride! We are in the process of purchasing a second from them. Definitely recommend working with John Bradley.. very honest guy and has been great to work with!

I was incredibly impressed with the service at Napleton! I had been searching for a new car for nearly two months before I found one here. After visiting countless dealerships, Josh Butts was honestly one of the kindest salesmen I worked with throughout this process. His personal anecdotes about the Subaru I was purchasing really helped me feel confident in my purchase and that it would fit my needs as an outdoors-person. Bill Hall in finance helped me throughout the process. It truly felt like everyone here was on my side throughout the entire process, I never felt like I was just a sale they were trying to finish and sweep under the rug. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car (and I already have to several friends)!
Steven Johnson was very professional and provided outstanding service. He fixed my headlight on the spot without going through hassle of waiting days or weeks for an appointment. Also refilled my windshield spray and checked my oil.

Their service has been great since I have been going to them. Quick to answer the phone, very polite and helpful. Shawn and Conrad are always very helpful and take great care of me. Mr. Drew the courtesy driver is so sweet and personable. The receptionist is kind and always offers a snack or cold water. The facility is clean with snacks available while you wait. Overall great experience so far!
Ron is the best salesperson I have ever had!!! I have purchased multiple vehicles at different dealerships throughout the area and hands-down most excellent car buying experience. Very professional, no non-sense, no pressure, easy process. Highly recommend. Ask for Ron, you won’t be disappointed.
Steven demonstrated great customer service and got us in and out very quickly! Everyone is friendly and the waiting area is very accommodating and comfortable. We live two hours away from the closest VW dealership and everyone has been very understanding of that so far!
I just moved to the Oklahoma/Missouri border for my new job. I'm from NJ (NYC right across the river from me). I cannot afford the high taxes and overpopulated situation in my state any longer. I have had a wonderful experience with 3 previous Volkswagen cars in NJ, Joe Heidt Motors in Ramsey NJ second to none for service. I had a situation happen with my 2019 beetle which caused me enormous worry knowing I need my car to get to and from my new job 23 miles each way. Conrad and the Napleton service department squeezed me in immediately and fixed my issues. I am so grateful especially when a few people have written not so flattering reviews of their own experience. I called my service department in NJ and double checked Conrad's plan for my car and they were right on target. I am very happy with the transparency and integrity Conrad has had with me. I will continue to use Napleton Volkswagen and service going forward. Considering that I'm on my fourth Volkswagen in 35 years, my experience has been one of economy, safety and satisfaction thus far. Conrad and the service team were great! Had some maintenance done on my VW and they were extremely hospitable. The waiting area was very nice and clean, plenty of snacks and entertainment to keep you occupied as often the wait on car maintenance is long. It never felt like a long time in all 3 hours. Wanted to especially shout out Conrad because he came to check on me twice to make sure I was still okay and give me updates on everything. You don’t find that level of service anymore, so it’s very refreshing! Well done all!
YOU CAN TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We recently purchased a used 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership. Within 24 hours, the check engine light came on and we found out the Catalytic Converter needed to be replaced. The dealership had us bring the vehicle back and gave us a loaner vehicle to use for free while our vehicle was being serviced. They replaced the parts 100% FREE even though our warranty did NOT cover the part that was bad. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone I know and we will come back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle!!
